After careful consideration between multiple design contractors we decided to work with Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions. In all, they provided the best price point for the type of kitchen we wanted.

We suggest working with Luba (Lead Designer), she has a ton of design experience and did a fantastic job helping us make decisions and pick out colors.

Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen and bathroom. They offered a more competitive price than big name home improvement stores.  The designer Luba gave me lots of creative ideas to make my kitchen more beautiful and functional.  The crew can do electrical, plumbing, flooring and carpentry jobs by themselves.  With no third-party contractors involved, they can avoid unnecessary waiting time to get the remodeling project done quickly.  They also took away the garbage from demolition quickly to make my house driveway clean during the whole remodeling process. Modern did a small kitchen project for my home that was quick, easy, and on point. I designed what I wanted and Modern made my vision come true - couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Pricing was very fair - acquiring the materials myself and finding a contractor would have been only a fraction cheaper (I checked) and not as nice. Modern thought of all the details and delivered. The team at Modern Kitchen and Home Solutions did such a great job on my condo kitchen and they were very reasonably priced too.  They were very professional-- always here when they said they would be, very pleasant to work with when they were here, and very responsive.  They always cleaned up at the end of the day, which I really appreciated.  They worked very hard/efficiently so that the renovation caused the least amount of disruption possible.
